The Awin Commission Group Codes needed when connecting an Awin account in Brand Manager to report on customer type can be found in your Awin account in the 'Commission Manager Tool'.
Please note: Commission Groups are created and managed in your Awin account (not Affluent).
The Commission Group Codes needed for Customer Type Mapping can be found in the Commission Manager Tool within your Awin Account:
- On the navigation bar, go to Commission > Commission Manager.
- On the Commission Groups tab of the Commission Manager you will find the values needed for Customer Type Mapping under ‘Commission Group Code’
- Only select Commission Group Codes relevant to customer loyalty/type e.g. new vs repeat
If the program has multiple codes for each type, make sure to include all codes e.g. New_Mobile, New_Customer, Repeat_Mobile, and Repeat_Customer.
