A few things to utilise & consider when reporting on your PartnerStack data
SAAS/B2B Specific Metrics
There are 4 useful Key Metrics which you can now use in Affluent (currently only available for PartnerStack):
- Customer Count - Total (Total Signups): This will display the total number of customers that have signed up over all time.
- Customer Count - New (New Signups): This will display the number of customers that have signed up during the specified date range.
- Customer Count - Paid (Paid Customers): This will display the number of transactions that a customer has made during the specified date range, note that this will include any monthly reccurring transactions.
- Customer Count - Acquired (Acquired Customers): This will display the number of customers that have made a purchase for the first time since signing up (over the specified date range).
Action Trackers
The action trackers that we pull from PartnerStack will generally have the following format:
- An action tracker for "Transaction Rewards": All payouts/rewards for any sales/transactions will be associated with this action.
- A separate action tracker for each product: All sales/transactions (generally bottom-of-funnel) that do have a product name in PartnerStack will be associated with this action tracker.
- In the example below, "Monthly Subscription", would be an example of a bottom-of-funnel product.
- An action tracker for "Transaction": All sales/transactions that do not have a product name within PartnerStack will be associated with this action tracker.
- A separate action tracker for any mid-funnel actions: All actions that you are tracking automatically via PartnerStack will be associated with this action tracker (actions that publishers have added manually will not be included).
- In the example below, "Booked Demo", would be an example of a mid-funnel action.
- The "(Not Set)" action tracker would be any mid-funnel actions that have not been assigned a name in PartnerStack.
