# Why am I not seeing alerts in my account?

There are three main reasons why you might not see alerts in your account, these are:

1. Your account is new and Affluent hasn't had a chance to establish a baseline for your data yet. Keep an eye on the Alerts tab, you'll see alerts starting to appear over the next few days or week.
2. You're not signed up to the Business or Enterprise tier. Alerts are not available on the free or start-up tiers. To upgrade go to the Subscriptions page of your account. Accounts can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.
3. You don't have any alerts! Either there isn't enough data in your account for it to trigger an alert or doesn't match any of Affluent's alerts.

If you have any questions about alerts, reach out to the team via the Contact Support button or email [help@affluent.io](mailto:help@affluent.io) .
